Jesper doesn't hesitate and wipes Kaz's hands clean too. If he wants to get up and wash, he can, but it'd seemed important to do this. He wants Kaz to know that he can be valuable in this way, someone good and worth wanting. He wants Kaz to know he's wanted, too. It's a dangerous game and he's playing with a bad hand.
