Jesper isn't terribly surprised. He's decent enough at this and Kaz hasn't had as much experience. It still pleases him a little to see Kaz Brekker like this.
When Kaz speaks, Jesper pulls back so that he only has the head in his mouth and uses his hand to finish him off.
